That's actually a really damned good idea. I'd want it craftable for all 7 slots, as I always mix and match. Ask the several people I made such sets for for free in-game just today. One is so awesome looking I want it now
Pretty much solves the whole problem of the underlying motifs always being hidden and/or not being what you want to look at. I think all 12 of my characters are currently wearing costumes.

Yeah, good call, as long as we have a motif mat that should be the cost to transmute, with no limit on the number of times we can transmute a given item... Unless we run out of the base mat.
Also note: the main reason that I'm comenting is because there can only be four others now
