I don't think it is bad. Unless it is a wearable and not a skill efect.Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

Like I mentioned, I'm pretty sure it's going to be the bird of prey skill for the new warden class. The coloring and effect is very similar to what we've seen from other spirit animal warden skills, like the cliff racer attack.
The bird of prey skill supposedly let's you get around faster, but clearly isn't a charge/gap closer because it mentioned being able to get away from enemies or close distance as needed.
I'm guessing it will either be something like streak, or grant major expedition for a durationPS4 / NA
