Maintenance for the week of March 25:
• [COMPLETE] ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – March 28, 9:00AM EDT (13:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EDT (16:00 UTC)
Welcome to the All-Alliance Dueling Arena!! (ESO Housing)
Nestled deep in Craglorn lies a special place where people from all Alliances can come to test their mettle against one another. Hand-decorated by one of Tamriel's greatest miniskirt-wearing Bretons (Jacob Black), the AAA comes complete with tri-faction themed stables, bed space for fourteen, a small training center and the dueling arena itself. Fight for your alliance while your friends watch from their seats as you prove who is the strongest of them all.
*Release date of Earthtear Cavern liable to change. Not all furnishings seen may be easy to obtain (Looking at you, decorative skyshards). Jacob Black will henceforth be selling his design skills to others in the hopes of making Tamriel beautiful again. (inquiries may be sent to @Drachesoul)
I hate to burst your bubble but if you haven't already tried dueling on this type of set up -- one with a player-created floor of any variety -- you will be sad to see what happens when you actually duel someone on such a surface.
Any "knock back" or "knock down" ability (Javelin, Meteor, etc.) will send you directly through the floor (and into the water below, in the case of your layout here).
Hopefully the developers are aware of this and can somehow change these types of abilities to check collision on already collision-detecting, player-placed objects (such as planks, stones, etc.) to avoid this "to the moon, Alice!" behavior. If you can walk on a surface of a player-placed object in a home, abilities should check collision on those surfaces as well.
