ZOS shouldn't have deleted your account, at most they would have only banned it.

if you haven't already head to the support page and fill out an account recovery form: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/account_recovery this should get you access to the account if you're having issues with it.

If that doesn't help create a support ticket and speak to customer service about getting your account back.
