Sorcerer - crystal shard animation

Hey guys, I get this weird "hanging"on the animation when casting crystal shard. The shard spawns but when my chars arms "throw"it it hangs then pops backwards before flying forward UNDERARM bowling style. Dont think its lag coz all other animations work fine (also on DK) and I have played sorc before and not had this issue (XBOX/PS4).
Any help would be appreciated.
