[BUG] Crafting Survey disappeared when accepting dungeon queue

I had a crafting survey for Craglorn for Clothier. I was queued for a dungeon. I accepted it and when I exited the dungeon the survey was gone as was all of the nodes. I didn't even get to gather any of them. This was around 9:00pm MST.
