ESO Plus Charge Not Going Through

Anyone else having issues setting up ESO Plus? I have used multiple cards both Visa and Master Card and and it keeps saying it could not authorize and to call my bank. I did and they see no attempts at a charge coming through. Trying to return to the game and need that crafting bag.

Ryuuhime✭✭✭Are you using the browser add-on called NoScript? I was only able to complete my transaction after temporarily disabling it. Although this happened 1h ago for me, so might have been something from ZOS' side.

I guess I can disable that for this site and see what happens.
