[Maybe a Bug] My new character started with 1 extra Skyshard?

Hi! My bug is that I think my new character started with a extra Skyshard, at the point that I collected all of Bal Foyen and Bleakrock Skyshards, I'm with 1/3 Skyshards....
Is that a bug or the Skyshard I got while escaping from Coldharbour?

✭if you complete the tutorial you receive a skyshard at the end
if you skip the tutorial (which many do for all alts) the skyshard you would of picked up in the tutorial is automatically added to your skyshard counter thingymabob!2 -

i knew alts i skipped the tutorial with had 1/3 in the skyshard counter. but didnt remember collecting a skyshard during the tutorial, but sure enough when i created my 1st ever character on the US server the other day - there it was! LOL0
