The three notable homes are the obvious choice for guilds wanting guild halls, but which is the most popular? The guilds I'm in have all gone for Daggerfall Overlook, so I'm curious which is the most popular of the ones available only for ingame gold.

Urgh! Sorry to hear that.
My guild has Captain Margaux's Place, because I wanted to be able to afford it myself, and I happen to want that house for a couple of my characters. Later, when there's some indication of if/when official Guildhalls will happen, we'll upgrade to a bigger place.
Another guild I'm in has the Cyrodiilic Jungle House. My other three guilds don't have a Guild house yet.
