    Try looking at the one of the towns in Cyrodiil. It's either in Bruma, Vlastarus or Cropsford

    I heard the 4% increase, just adds your base magic, not after buffs, passives, etc. So basically at 40k magica I'm only getting 1600 magica? Don't see this being much better than willpower set. You're giving up 194 spellpower for 150 extra magica?

    So gonna use this on my pet build. since pet damage only scales off of max mag. Didn't even know it existed.

    I don't recommend this set. I've heard it does not take into account all of the values it should, and therefore does not benefit you enough to warrant use over sets like Willpower or Moondancer/IA.

    Still I've thought of acquiring this set before, and it is definitely not a bad set. :)

    It's mathematically correct. It adds % magicka in the same way as inner light, bound aegis, gift of magus, etc do. The result is a standard spell damage based sorc will get about 1450-1550 magicka from the 4%. A max magicka based sorc (necropotence + mage mundus stone) will get about 1850-1950 magicka from the 4%.
