Dear Sweet ZeniMax

I get you are busy, I really do...and I get where you are its the early hours of the morning. But its 1.37am for me in little old NZ, and I have been waiting patiently to play your wonderful game all evening. Now...I have to go to bed.

But I couldn't not say this before I go: I've reset my router, checked all my ports and firewalls. I've repaired the client several times over, I've restarted my PC and...I've waited.

Now I get there is a chance of a backlog after maintenance, it's a great game, that is why I've been playing... in fact I've been sacrificing World of Warcraft time for this game...but seriously? Login failed? How about a 'Sorry, experiencing technical difficulties, try again later.' or something that doesn't imply that its on our end, when its the servers having a hissy or something?

I know others have been waiting longer and my post will likely be looked over, as so many people flood the forums. But could you perhaps fix this issue with the servers while I'm sleeping? That is 8 prime workday hours in the states....wait sorry...it's Sunday there...so do I just...I don't know...play WoW 'til your technicians get back to work on Monday?

    Wow they are really dropping the ball this weekend. Not only the game crashing, but the website was down as well.

    I'm sure if my auto payment was late there'd be an INSTANT response.

    And what about catching us up on the all hireling materials we're not getting b/c of YOUR outage?

    Are you aware of the ongoing issue and working on it? All indications lead to you think it's resolved.

    IT'S NOT.

    PLEASE issue an updated statement that you are at least AWARE of the ongoing issue and working on it.

    Otherwise those of us who still can't login don't know you're even aware of it.

    And I for one, will be seeking a refund on this down time. This is ridiculous.

    I deleted the Client settings folder located under

    C:\Users\<YOUR USER NAME>\Documents

    And the game started working. Again.

    works for me, might be addons that is causing problems,. as i added them back in and it stopped working

    This is a total disaster. It is insulting that ZoS still has posted "The connection issues for the North American megaservers have been resolved at this time. If you continue to experience difficulties at login, please restart your client. Thank you for your patience!"
