Stam dk vmsa help.

Ok I don’t have malestrom weapons and I wanna get them end of story. Right now I’m running 5 tbs 3 vo 4 leki. I only have 1 vo jewelry piece being neck. I also do not have 2 pc kraghs or or velidreath yet. So i was wandering how the spawn of mephala would be if ran 2 piece monster sets options with it could be 3 piece vo I have 2 body divines and a necklace. So I was thinking possibly sunderflame, swamp raider, night mothers or hundings. The mephalas I have are divines. I run dw/bow set up. I do have defending bow and sword of vo so I could piece together 5 piece vo with out optimal traits. I have all gold leki jewelry and marks man along with with shrapned bow. Also have agility jewelry. Any help would be amazing.

Here to save the day.

I would suggest the following: 5 NMG - 3 Agility - 2 Leki - StormFirst, Veli, Khrags, OR Sellistrix.

Now here's for the info, if you run anything other than sharpen it's wrong so fix this one immediately.

I would strongly suggest Sellistrix for newbies in VMA: Reason, Sellistrix does a flat 4.5k Damage with a 3 SECOND knock down to all mobs ( this can occur every 4 seconds LOL ). This is pretty huge on stam as our passives gives extra damage to knocked down, disorientated mobs, off balance etc!

I suggest NMG why? Because you're new, you'll get in situations where you can't breath for major fracture and I promise you it will be a factor in heated situations, you're better off running NMG and put the major fracture out of your mind until you become more capable within vMA.

I recently just got 2 piece velidreath both med helm infused shoulder divines. I have been running sharpen on all weapons I was saying that I could make 5 piece with vo but weapon wouldn't be sharpened. But I do appreciate the input I've now made to poison round on my last try with only 2 deaths so I'm definitely getting better with mechanics. I'm 1 vo ring away from having jewelry all tho one purple one blue I'm now in guild that runs vet trials so hopefully I can get in on one soon and get the good jewelry lol.

I really appreciate it and will post if I have a question. I'm nervous with upcoming patch bc of people are saying about stam toons with out maelstrom weapons in trials and what not. I currently have 0 mag toons just a stam dk and nightblade and my crafter who only crafts. After I finish grinding my tank for dungeons and trials I'm gonna start a mag dps most likely a sorc I'm unsure what mag do best dps overall w/o malestrom weapons and what not.

Stam DPS nerf only applies to organized trial groups, stam can still tear through Maelstrom next patch

I appreciate I look to get back in the arena tonight after work currently just learning mechanics round by round on my own so I know what works for me. I can consistanly get to ice round with out deaths which is a big improvement from where I started.

Hey Luke I know the meta is putting all points in either magic or stamina depending on toon. But since I don't have 561cp how many points should put into health bc with out tbs with food buff I I only have 16k health when I have the 5 piece vo and 2 velidreath. Also for arena should I go 5/1/1 undaunted or 7 medium

The reason I asked about attributes changing vs enchants changing is bc I already used kutas on glyphs for stam and attribute respec cheaper then wasting kuta also my stam dk is a redguard would race change to khajit be better not for arena but in long run as stam dps

Hey mate,

So in a perfect world 18k HP is the aim.

This can be achieved with 2 HEALTHY peices, helm, suit or pants.
This decision is 100% worth making.

You should also be running 7 medium, no less. The 6% cost reduction on stam is too much NOT to have.

I just want to be super clear with this one.

If your running TBS and MAX/MAX food even with no enchants your health seems super low are you sure you're using 5395 health 4955 stam? Please confirm.

Yes master provisioner. I run braised rabbit food or the garlic cod. When I use 5/1/1 setup unbuffed I'm at around 13?k when was in trial wearing 5/1/1 set up qnd tank with ebon I was right at or under 20k

I have about 480 cp points I wil adjust to 7 med with enchants although may take golded tbs off for the nmg and adjust enchants accordingly. Also how do you feel me being a redguard vs khajit on stam dk. I have a khajit stam blade but the dk has become my main with the amount of skyshards and quest I have already done. I did get a sharpened 2h vo axe I thought about playing around with it but dw/bow is def better set up but for certain gap closing situationalsvI thought about busing 2h/dw set also bc I am new i think I should aim for 20k health

Hey mate,

Let's address question 1.

- You should easily have 17.5-18.5 what I would do is run 2 infused (dk is fine to do so) and tri stat pants and suit to achieve this with max/max food no worries.

Second question

- Yes swap to NMG it makes more use if you can't hit noxious breath trust me it 100% helps hands down
- Khajit is fine but the stam regen will be rough, especially if you use caltrops, if you choose to run khajit don't run caltrops redguard is over all WIN mode in vma on STAM as it makes life easier in all aspects
- Never use 2h in vma (never ever ever) it gets you in trouble too often (gap closing) ice round AOE mage (dead), Poison (flower dead), 8 fire pit (dead) you get what I mean trust me I thought about/watched people do it I strongly advise against it.

Third Question

- mmm thinking poison, hail, wings, caltrops, vigor - back
- - blood thirst, claw, harden, noxious, rearming - front

@Lukums1 I actually ran a trial last night with a guy in your guild do y'all have scheduled runs I'm American but play late nights. And I've now advanced to ice stage in malestrom before having to take a break

Yes we do we have 2 teams currently Yowie/Bunyip we call them.

Both Scheduled for Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 2 days per team. Starting 8pm AUST.
