Enchanting Achievement Question

Hi,
This may not be the correct forum to ask this question so if that is the case, apologies in advance.
I am interested in getting the Enchanting "Ruby Potency" achievement but I am stuck on the "prismatic" potion of it. Can anyone give me any guidance about how to farm for this? I have been doing the enchanting crafting quests daily for about 3 weeks now and I am starting to doubt if this is the correct way of farming for this.
I should also state that I know it is a essence rune called "Hakeijo", I just want to know how to acquire one (on my own preferably).

✭✭✭✭✭Your guess was correct ... Hakeijo runes will not drop in crafting writ rewards.
There are four ways to obtain Hakeijo runestones ... albeit two of those ways are extremely difficult. Listed here immediately below:
1. Check the guild traders, friends, and guildies to see if they have any Hakeijo for sale (or that they can otherwise spare). To give you an idea of the cost, it should be somewhere just below 10k gold.
2. You can purchase a Hakeijo with 5,000 tel var at the Tel Var General Merchant in the Imperial City Sewers. 5,000 tel var can easily be gained by doing a couple sewer runs ... or in a small group doing one rotation around the Imperial City district bosses.
3. There is a chance for a Hakeijo to drop on trove scamps in the Imperial City sewers. However, trove scamps are extremely rare ... and are somewhat difficult to stun/root before escaping back into their portal. Even if you do manage to get lucky enough to kill one, it's not a guaranteed drop.
4. You can also randomly find Hakeijo in heavy sacks across Imperial City. Again, extremely rare.0 -

Yes, it's a bit mean that Master Writs can be locked behind DLC.
It's not as if you have to be "clever" to use a hakeijo rune. OK, so you can buy one for 10k, but is a writ worth that much?
I though Master Writs were supposed to be a reward...
And I've had a writ that made me go into IC . Not a problem because I subscribe, but if I didn't then it would be impossible to fulfil a master writ - not because I lacked skill, just because I hadn't paid.2 -

Yeah I can see that.
I am a ESO plus member so I have the DLC. It's just that I tend to play alone a lot and I am not into PvP that much. But I can duck in and farm a bit each day and save up that currency. It may take a while but I just want to get the achievement so I can buy the Enchanting gem (http://eso.mmo-fashion.com/enchanting-gem/) as a house decoration. I don't really need it for anything important really.

✭Honestly, unless you enjoy IC sewers and farming tel var, it would be much, much faster to farm like a rare motif, sell it, and buy a hakeijo from a guild store. Like any dark brotherhood, thieves guild, draugr, Minotaur, order of thenhour, even dwemer from running inner sea armature and getting pots...15 minitesmand you'll have an item worth way kore than a hakeijo.0 -

Yeah, I guess. But for me as a solo(ish) kind of player, I kind of want to earn it myself. Buying it is not a huge problem as I have 400,000+ gold. And I even have over 70 Kuta to sell to raise some gold, if I wanted to. But for me it has always been about the journey not the destination if you get my meaning.
