Xbox One NA - server issues with slow connection 3/4/17

Is anyone having issues right now?
I can get online but it's really slow and often times delayed responses with anything I interact with, inventory, NPCs etc for the last hour
I ask because I just got kicked off the server and am reconnecting
Did a random but when it grouped us it changed from in progress to activity complete before anyone traveled in. We cleared White gold tower and no one got credit.
Now I logged back on and it says I'm grouped so I can't play with a friend but I'm not in a group. Even tried another character.
