PC/NA 2017-03-04 7:17 EST is ZOS investigating the ongoing login issues?

The last word we had on the login issues was over 2 hours ago, and it was just "too many people are trying to log in at once after the server has been brought back online, so some are having issues."

As many people still can't log in, obviously that wasn't the issue, but we haven't heard a word since and the maintenance banner still says "The issue is resolved, and the North American PC/Mac megaserver is now available. Thank you for your patience!"

Can we get a ZOS update on whether you even still have people investigating the ongoing issues? Because they are ongoing, they're not resolved. Some people have been able to log in. Others still can't. Some of us have tried literally dozens of times, have tried doing a DNS flush, have tried switching to the EU server and back again, have tried using the 32bit client instead of the 64bit... There is obviously still an issue, but no word from ZOS.

Anything @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_AntonioP? Are you even aware that there are still ongoing issues?

7:23 EST (about 2.5 hours after the issue was "resolved") and I'm still getting this:

I'm not even asking for a quick fix - I just want some sort of communication about whether they even know that the issues are not resolved...

Agree, just some communication that they are looking into it rather than passing it off as "too many people trying to log in at once" would be a huge relief.

Yes ZoS, please at least let us know you are aware and investigating the issue. As it stands now you have us in in limbo. Its going on three hours since you said servers were up and running.

And by the way, I started this new thread with the server, date, and time in the title rather than continuing to post in the old thread because I suspect that the ZOS folks stopped paying attention to the old thread after they thought the issue was resolved.

Yeah I'm getting the same error code as posted above in the screenshot. Hopefully they know there is still an ongoing issue that's been an all day event preventing people from logging in and playing the game. It's now 6:35pm central time and still cannot log into the game.

Any kind of news or update posted somewhere would be nice so at least people know that ZOS is aware of the issue.

Also I just realized that I screwed up on converting the time from PST (my time zone) to EST (ZOS time zone) because time zones are tricky lol.

Corrected now.

Maybe if they close this thread they'll at least notice that the login issues are ongoing...

It's now 5 1/2 hours since I was booted and they had to bring the server down, and 3+ hours since the issue was "resolved" and I still can't log in.

Well, it's now past the time my scheduled Maw run was supposed to start, so my gaming day has been ruined. I guess it was too much to hope that a server issue would be resolved in under 6 hours.

West Coast PC NA Server, still can't log on...but can still get onto EU.

Please ZOS, I'm in writ withdrawl.

West coast as well (California). Same issue as others - can't login with 'connection has timed out' error.

Couple attempts, dozens of attempts - same issue, same error message.

Have tried the suggestions from others - flush DNS, renew IP, restart comp/modem/router, hard reset, etc.

This is on PC. But I've also tried connecting with my Macbook using steam Mac version of ESO at both home connection and local wifi hotspot (not so much to play, but just to see if I could even login - nope, same error)

And now I'm resorting to submitting support tickets for all of my accounts through the website in the hopes that maybe someone at ZOS will notice that the issues are ongoing...

I am mostly worried because it was dismissed (and my thread was among others closed) as being due to the login server being busy - this is not due to the login server being busy, I have NO CONNECTION to ESO servers at all.

Exactly. I don't think anyone at ZOS is even trying to fix the issues, because I think they believe they already fixed it.

The Authentication server is the issues, and I have yet to see any post in over 2 hours since after the maintence. I think they went home.

Question: where is everyone physically located? I know I have a member that can log EU just fine from his normal internet connection, but not NA. When he tethers to his cell phone, he can log to NA just fine. He's in Pittsburgh, PA.

May help pin down some issues....
