It happened literally not even half an hour ago, maybe they're trying to find the issue before addressing the problem to avoid confusion and give accurate ETA's?
Im talking about now, and every time in the past, it takes ages even to say we are investigating, and when they do comment, its in some random thread, so the only way to find out whats going on is to scroll every thread on the topic, instead of using ie the "maintenance info box" on the site to inform us about whats going on.0 -

Yeah, I managed to log back into my account, get past the character select screen, and I've been on the Stormhaven loading screen for about 10 minutes now.
