This weeks patch notes supposedly fixed the receiving of rewards from completing a random dungeon via the grouping tool @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom
If a group of 2 or more queue for the random only the player that was the group leader when entering the queue receives the reward. Until recently everyone in the group that queued for the random dungeon received the reward. I have not seen anything that indicated that Zos intends this reward to be only for those who queue and play this solo.
Fixed an issue where the Daily Bonus Rewards granted through the Grouping Tool would not be granted upon completion of a dungeon.

✭✭✭✭✭Agree. It's anti-social. However, I've not heard Zos comment in the continuing issue since the initial issue with using the GF was fixed.

A friend was told by CS that it is intended only the group leader gets the bonus which is of course incorrect. After he followed up CS did acknowledged it was not working as intended.0 -

It's not unusual for MMO CS to provide incorrect information on the first pass. Sad but true. Sometimes MMO CS responses are so far off you'd think they didn't even read the request.
Second attempts explaining the error of the previous reply helps clear things up.0 -
Freeman✭✭✭There's already been a post about this. It's a known issue with pre-made groups and is being fixed in a future incremental patch
EDIT: Looks like that post was from a year ago and was being necro'ed. Not sure what's up with it this time. I know when I just queue solo for the random normal dungeons I've always been getting the reward.Edited by Freeman on February 23, 2017 8:36PM0 -
