Why is there no "deconstruct" option for furniture crafting?

Dear ZOS,

why is there no "deconstruct" option for furniture crafting? That would be a nice addition to the game.

There could be then a fair chance to drop some furniture crafting mats and a very low (depending on crafter level) chance of dropping the whole crafting recipe (plan, or how is it called, I can not remember now).


Could you please consider addind this option to the game in the future?

    That would be pretty fair, considering the low drop rate of the furniture mats

    i don't think that it should yield a plan though.... just mats.

    You mean you can't decon furniture you built? Say its not so.

    This needs to be part of the game.

    yeah sadly I notice this as well, if u dont like your stuff anymore, u can only vendor or give it away

    Oh just imagine the pranks some players could play on their guildies - not just turning off their lights but deconstructing all their furnishings at their in-house crafting station too! Oh the fun!
