I have a question about this item in the patch notes.
On the PTS, the use of Pirharri was restricted to only those who already had him unlocked. Has this changed? Not sure, what as normal means as it applies in this case.

Assistants
Any of the currently-available Assistants (Nuzhimeh the Merchant, Pirharri the Smuggler, and Tythis Andromo the Banker) can be placed in your home, and will offer their services to you and visitors as normal.
On the PTS, the use of Pirharri was restricted to only those who already had him unlocked. Has this changed? Not sure, what as normal means as it applies in this case.

✭✭✭✭✭Could the Smuggler work with players you were grouped with? I never used this Assistant due to the tax, so never tried that.
Anyway, that is probably how they get the Banker and Merchant to work is to treat anyone in your house like they are in a group with you.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

✭✭✭✭Duh, there is a massive tax so no one uses him anyway, real fences are much more efficient. Also see the quote from OP. BTW, if you are in a group with someone who bought (with real money) the banker or merchant from the cs, you can use him too. Means there already is a work around of their product.
Edit: since it's my house and the declaration from ZOS was really clear, my guest should have access to that sorry excuse for a fence too.

The fence works for anyone who has it unlocked.
This is the minimum necessary cuz you cannot otherwise summon those assistants in homes.
Proudly skooma free while talks-when-drunk is in mandatory public housing.
