I'm so glad it didn't get put in the crown crates! And the Sabre Cat Cub too, they're also not in the crown crates. Very happy to be able to outright buy this awesome mount that my Nord must have 
Lets hope its priced under 3k Crowns. 4k would sadden me because I'm curious about the pricing of the new Craglorn house. Lets hope its affordable!

✭✭✭✭✭I'm half expecting them to continue the trend of trying to push prices higher and higher, meaning this one could be 5,000 crowns, or more.
But the elk seems to be extremely rare in-game so hopefully that means it didn't sell very well compared to previous limited-edition mounts and they'll reduce the price of this one to try and get more sales (and therefore more profit overall).

They're a must-have for me. I used to play a Nord in Skyrim (although I'm playing a Breton now), and have a fondness for Nord-type things. Maybe I'll make a Nord warden later.
I really, really, love that they're available to everyone in the Crown Store. That'll make a lot of people happy. I think a fair price for them would be 2,500 crowns. More than that would be awful and unfair. If they make that mount a ridiculous 4,500 like they did the elk, I WILL NOT BUY IT. I refused to buy the elk, too.

The moment they are being "thanked" for this is the moment I know the game is going nowhere but downhill. I was on the fence about the morrowind thing and I am glad that I waited. there is nothing we can do about the greed except for not buy into it, so these things will appear in more games regardless. But when the victims of the greed develop a sort of Stockholm syndrome around it, I know the game has nowhere to go but worse. Thanks OP. I am serious, I legitimately thank you for saving myself money that I can put toward other games now. I'll finish my plus off since I have weeks left, after that about 60 gigs of space can go toward something else I reckon.3 -

They eliminated mandatory subscriptions, which means they have to make their money SOMEWHERE or else they won't be able to pay their employees to maintain the game and make a profit at the same time. If they aren't making money, they'll stop supporting the game and go onto something else. They encourage people to buy from the Crown Store, and think of ways to get you to want to subscribe voluntarily. So what? It's better than mandatory subscriptions. Honestly, if you think that putting something in the Crown Store is "greed," then you must think that everything they do is "greed." I could not find the statement now if I tried but I recall Gina or Jessica saying after the elk that in the future they would let us know up front if there was a restriction on hiding mount upgrades on future mounts. I hope they follow through. I liked the elk but I know that was a deal breaker for some.

RNG boxes are greed, plain and simple. They exploit the narcotic effects of gambling and the tendency to attempt compensation for losses or investments when they don't "win" or get what they were wanting that could be placed with a set price alongside it in the cash shop. Enough with your shilling. The cash shop without the rng boxes was fine, the rng boxes are wrong. My post was saying that when players feel the need to "thank" them for actually putting something in the cash shop with a fixed price as they should be doing with everything there is a problem. Regulation needs to be put in place for video games in regard to the rng involved in real money transactions through official sources. And odds, along with actual statistics documenting results of players' rng-based purchases (withholding any personal and identifiable information of course) need to be mandated. Good guy China is actually getting around tot hat, of all nations. Something that truly shocked me. Anyways I'm done since I dislike responding to shills, and it's pointless.

There's nothing wrong with playing for free (I did for a while, too), just don't treat other people like crap for spending some money in the crown store, because they're supporting the game that you're playing.
