I have an unused i7-920 processor considering building my friend a pc to play eso on. I cannot yet build a pc without some help though. Before I proceed, will this be enough to power the game fine on medium specs at least?

Ill need an lga 1366 mobo, i have my old radeon hd7970 gpu i plan on using with 8 gigs of ram.
