If someone is using the mud balls on you while you're in the Dye station, find his name and report him.
I know for certain that some people were temporarily banned by ZOS due to grieving with excessive ability use near Dye stations in the past, so this must also qualify as a "warning" cause too.
Just take a screenshot, and report him in-game.

Mud-ball to the face to players that are using dye stations to customize their colors => Grieving.
That's pretty clear in my book.
