Which class works best with two destruction staves?
Hello, I am a returning player trying to start a new character and want to try a magicka build focused on destruction staff for PVE DPS. Well I am just wondering which class best synergizes with the staves? Any input would be well appreciated!

As long as they are magic based, take your pick.
I completely agree with the comment above. It very much depends on what you want to do. Some things to think about.
Dragonknights get lots of bonuses to fire damage and have some melee range magic attacks (which compliment destro staves long range skills), and dk's get a strong boost to heavy attack damage which is great for staves because each staff has different advantages when heavy attacking.
Like dragonknights, sorcerers have some good crowd control (necessary for keeping them away) and a bonus to shock damage.
Templars will allow you to heal yourself and others while you keep doing damage.
Some people have been making effective nightblade heavy attack assassins for pvp, but I haven't heard much about those.#1 tip (Re)check your graphics settings periodically - especially resolution.1

depends a lot on the staves. Flame staff synergizes well with mDK, while lit staff does it with Msorc. Frost staff is good for tank (any class that use permablocking like sap tanks).Sarcasm is something too serious to be taken lightly

Alright! Thanks! So a Magicka focused DK would work fairly well then. Wasn't too sure if they would be better or worse than a Templar or nightblade as a caster.0

Yep, would work great.
And, something else that is cool, if you can make a Tanky character by giving your DK a Sword and Board to use in those times you want to tank some group dungeons. Now, it may not be up to snuff for most Vet Group Dungeons, but normal mode Group Dungeons, you will do just fine. Then you can swap back to dual sticks for all the other stuff.

All magicka dps classes can use double destro, Templar is a bit more optimized with dual wield destro, but the rest have bis double destroXbox NA - Oompa
