Paid Eso Plus and didn't received crowns

It's probably the wrong place to post that, but believe me, I've never been answered on my ingame tickets and my post on foruns. So now I'm trying e verywhere.

I saw that lots of people have this same problem. Paying for ESO Plus and don't receiving the crowns. Also, most of those people have posted their problems since 2015 and NEVER got answered.
I can't believe the ESO community approve that behaviour from Zenimax. Actually, I can't believe Zenimax is robbing their customers and don't giving a damn to them.

I opened several tickets, it's been three days since I got this problem, and Zenimax didn't EVEN confirmed they received any of my tickets.

In my country our laws says we must wait for response in 72 hours since the problem occur, then we should report the company in the customers protection services. I can't believe I'llhave to go trough all that trouble for a simple plus membership account, but, guys, promissing something, selling and NOT DELIVERING, man, that a bif of a crime! I've never felt so offended and humiliated in my entire gaming life.

    Are you on Xbox by any chance? This seems to be an extremely common problem, some people say every single month they have to contact Microsoft and ZOS and argue with both that one of them needs to sort the problem out (because Microsoft will say it's ZOS and ZOS will say it's Microsoft) until they get their benefits. Then the next month it starts all over again.

    I can't believe it's still going on but I guess as long as they're getting their money they're not worried about it.

    Yeah, man. It's baffling how common is it all!!!! There are some posts since 2015 and a lot more for each month, and the coments of the posters are always the same, exactly what you said, and, in some cases, the suport team justs vanishes.

    Yes, I agree with you. We can come to the conclusion they are robbing us and don't care a little bit about customers.

    It surprises me that I see these threads so often. I am thankful that I have not had an issue with this myself. When I got plus, the crowns were instant, and a simple relog made my plus show up in-game. I hope it gets worked out for you.

    Not receiving Elder Scrolls Online monthly crown coins. For some reason this keep happening to my account randomly. I never received last months subscribers crown coins. This is about the 4-5 time this has happened to me.

    ESO Plus is problematic on Steam and Xbox One...used to include PS4 too but thats been resolved it seems.

    Because you've opened a ticket you would need to interact with them via email until resolved.
    This would just be a conversation largely.
    Maybe edit the OP with your ticket tho and as having this happen to me every month that I tried since xbox one release......

    I feel the same way. i came back after a few month off eso, paid for my eso plus. 2 days later and still no crowns. sent in 2 tickets and they send me the auto button reply. 24-48 hours they said. well it did not take 24-48 hours to charge my bank card, so why do i have to wait 24-48 hours for them to push a button and give me my crowns i paid for? that button seems to work great to add junk to the crown store but not to give folks what they paid for when they paid for it. i have to agree about this game having the worst service i have ever seen. oh yeah and if u use your FREEDOM of speech u can get banned for saying how you feel. oh well do what you do. folks are sick and tired of the lack of service. they treat you anyway they want and want you to say nothing about it. JOKE! whats not a joke? i want my crowns i paid for or a refund so i can spend it on a game that gives you what you paid for when you pay for it.

    Eight days and then they "hey, I see u missing crowns. Lemme give ya. Bubye!".

    Here is something: I opened other tickets, so, three GMs reponded. The three were like wait 72 hours, relog blablabla". The auto respond button. Then I responded the emails telling them I still having those problems, and always sent the printscreens and info they needed to cofnirm (the things they ask for). Then, I got three messages saying they were transferring to especalized support service (tought "things going to get serious"). One responded that they will take a look in the account and see what they can do, another one solved and said that he could see that the crowns where missing, altought ESO Plus was on, so he gave the crowns and asked for confirmation. The last one responded "the problems is at Steam's side. Look for Steam's Support Service".

    Can you see what i'm trying to say?


    Well, problem solved - after a week of ignorance. I don't want to subscribe anymore because I know by reading internet comments that this happens over and over again with lots of people. I don't need this problem added to those I already have in my life.

    I''m really thinking on leaving ESO after this subs expires.
