I bought the game 5 days ago and i still can not play it. Any support from this company?

I bought the game 5 days ago and i still can not play it. Any live support? Because ordinary support just keep ignoring me and sending god damn generic messages. Im so pissed and i had such a great impression of this game and i was very excited to buy this game. I did that and now i can not play it. I tried literarly everything! Everything on website, all helps, EVERYTHING. I also reinstalled my whole god damn OS (win 10). So please don't ask me did i do something... I did everything that could be done in order to make this ******* game work. I was so polite but they just keep ignoring me. Please don't offer me help through 48h response time because i don't want to be like 80 years old when i finally get some real help. BELIEVE ME, everything and the ONLY THING THAT I need i just a LIVE SUPPORT! Just someone who can help me LIVE! PLEASE... I want to play this game so badly. Through skype, through ts3... i don't care...just HELP ME solve this PROBLEM.

Thank you very much! But i installed my game and i can not log in to my character. It says "error...please try again in few minutes" or something like that... Thats the my only problem. I will get you now pdf file from my support conversation so u can see everything... They are like not helping me at all i hope someone from player community could help me.

Thanks a ton, Plexiate. Can't tell you how much I appreciate your time in showing this workaround. I had been looking for a fix for at least an hour before stumbling upon your post. This is utter *** that Bethesda hasn't fixed this issue yet...
