Which alliance would you say is friendlier for new players. I know faction does not matter for pve really but I would just like opinions.

My findings on Xbox NA are that EP have been REALLY friendly to my mum, but she doesn't play the game.
DC seems to be a lot of people soloing, staying out of each others way.
So maybe AD are a bit more social and a bit more helpful than the other two.
But then I haven't used voice chat in a long time, so maybe things have changed.Xbox One. NA Server

I have characters in each alliance and i have not seen any major differences between them.
There are some PvP guilds that seem to be jerk-magnets, but even they usually span multiple alliances (even if they tell you otherwise).

Brunoad✭✭✭I play on PC NA and have characters of all 3 factions. I found EP to be most friendly in PVP zones, AD close second and DC least friendly, often even vulgar and immature. I thus do not play my DC character in Cyrodiil anymore.1 -

Yes, and this One Tamriel nonsense is absolutely revolting. They have opened our borders, we have no control, they are taking our jobs, and are slowly draining us of our wealth. They are a hard working people, and every nation needs a working force. It is a sad fact that they have similar features to the elves but they are NOT related. Do not let the elven lies get to you. They certainly aren't noble creatures by any means, however I'm no monster and they certainly deserve a life. ✭✭✭✭✭DC if you're a bit headstrong. If you plan on PvP in Azura's Star, DC is powerful but we tend to want to solo and lack a bit of coordination. But when we do get it together, we're unstoppable. EP tries to beat us, but basically cannot unless they team up with AD who has absolutely no honor at all and just picks at EP scraps.0 -

✭Well after one tamriel, hard to say who belongs to which faction, but in PvP, i have heard that AD would be the friendliest.
EP tends to whine / blame / name etc in zone chat if things goes wrong.
I don't know about DC, but usually there aren't many PUG groups running around, so can't really say how the more strict guild groups react to things.
Now i know AD has always been friendly and united, with many PUG groups running.
This is in EU PC at least.

✭Hey OP try and read my post without any bias or without comparing it to what has been said above:
I will give you my experience over the years of playing in both PC NA and PC EU (now permanently in EU)
Note I have not played non DC pvp in quite some time but this is from personal experience.
Aldmeri Dominion - They're friendly / have many new players but in PvP only a few guilds are really skilled. They do however have many many skilled small group pvp players.
Ebonheart Pact - They have many friendly people, but sometimes it can be hard to achieve anything at all unless 60-100 people work together. Usually they lack leadership, organisation ect. However they have some fantastic solo players and some of the worst gankers ( what I mean by worst is they are fantastic and you will become annoyed because they will gank at terrible locations and you won't expect it)
Daggerfall Covenant - Sometimes it can be hard to find a group if you just type LFG ( unless you go to Azura star then it will be rather easy). Organisation and co-ordination is very important. Up until a few months ago they were the underdog in terms of general fight population ( might have had many members but during fights they were usually outnumbered). They are renowned for their skill as small groups / solo players. Hence many of the best duelists are in fact DC.
However each alliance has friendly guilds/ friendly players ect. each alliance also has cheaters / exploiters / rude people and anti-social people.
In the end they are just colours / logo's / banners...
( I had 2 chars in DC, 3 in AD and 3 in EP out of 8 character slots on EU when I started, I deleted all but 1 AD and 1 EP and now I have 10 DC characters) For me it is the best alliance, I am a patriot and I love seeing the map blue. It's a great colour

Also a side note on why many of the current DC players are so good (many of them swapped sides from AD to DC a long time ago because DC was the weakest of the 3 a couple of years ago)

Orsimer folk are elves, and bretons are half elves. AD has 2 pure elven races. So, if anyone dislike elves, EP is best choice, since only one elven race, lol.
Also, DC sux, their leader is a whiny insecure fool, their lands are mostly disgusting, and they excel in killing farmers, fisherman and common folk. Also, 9/10 irritating NPCs are related to DC.
If anyone choose to be in DC after all, you will be under whiny breton merchant. Lions my foot. Poor Orsimer, what did they ever do to deserve such a pitiful excuse of a leader to bow their heads to...Edited by Enslaved on March 3, 2017 9:21AM1 -
