I guess collecting all the achievements, clearing all over-world locations would go towards being a completionist. It's up to you though as there aren't any defined parameters. I can't say for definite, but they should all be completable on a single character (achievements, I mean). Some will take forever, some will also require help from other people.
(BTW, RS?)

It's easier to do some of these as you work your way through the game knowing what to look for. For example, there's a set of achievements that require you to interact with specific NPCs in every zone. Having at least a vague idea of what to look for as you progress may save you from having to back track to complete some achievement you overlooked from not knowing about it. A good example is:
Achievement.......Points......... DescriptionNose Diver.... 5...... Jump from the nose of the Weeping Giant.
edit: Master Angler is easy compared with getting all monster collectibles. One last word...if you are on PC there are some very helpful addons that can be used with some achievements. Feel free to reach out if you have questions. I have a fair amount of achievement points, 17k+, which is still a long way from all there is.
Hi,So, I'm still new to the game and am curious in a sense of wondering if it's possible to be a 'completionist' on one single character rather than having to make alternate characters for things. I'm not sure what the maximum is on skillpoints that are able to be invested in different skills/trees/proficiency.
Also - what's an efficient way of levelling without feeling like gimping my character when it comes to playing end-game? I'm trying to find guides online but they only contain power-levelling strats which I am okay with doing, however I also see posts saying questing is the way to go in terms of developing a stable and strong toon. Any advice helps.. thanks.

I've already gotten enough skill points to max out all six of my crafting skills, plus put plenty of points into my weapon, armor and several other skill lines. You don't have to worry about there not being enough skill points. There are plenty.
There actually appears to be enough skill points for everything. Cyrodiil ranking alone gives 50 skill points total, don't forget.
