Appearance items disappearing on login or travel?

Anyone else having this problem \ is it a known issue?
I set up head hair - facial hair - jewelry etc - but on travel to a dungeon - or sometimes just logging in they are removed.

✭✭✭Yep all time. The new body markings and head markings especially. /bugged it before the last patch. Patch notes say something about "layering" or some such. It's still broken so I /bug reported it again.2 -

To be fair they said they fixed it so presumably did something and it didn't work. Which I noticed by going through this process:
(1) looking at characters on login screen - appearance alterations visible
(2) logging in - appearance alterations not visible
(3) some extremely complicated calculations that there's no space to get in to here
(4) inferred that the fix in the patch notes didn't work
(5) posted picture of baby echidna on forums because monotreme neoteny causes smiles
