Is it possible to get my account suspended for "goldselling" reason if i borrow a big amount of gold (about 5kk) from guildmate to fill guildhall with furniture? And if so, what can i do to avoid suspending if i really need that money?

It's highly unlikely the devs are going to post a guaranteed method to send a large amount of gold without any risk of being flagged as a gold seller - because then every single gold seller will start doing exactly that.

But from what I've heard here are some things that can help:

    1) Make sure your friend is not a gold seller and has not bought this gold from a seller. Hopefully that seems obvious, but in my experience it's worth saying - if you're just looking for a way to buy from a seller without getting caught, or you're going through a friend because they're willing to risk their account and you think the intermediate step will keep you safe then just forget it now. If your friend wouldn't normally have that much gold but they're really keen to get the guild hall up and running and have assured you they can get it by some mysterious method make damn sure they're not planning to buy it before you go ahead. But if you're confident they earned the gold legitimately you're good to go.

    2) Discuss the loan in-game, via mail or whisper. If your friend sends the gold without you sending anything in return (see below) make sure they put a message in the mail to say it's a loan for your guild hall and listing any terms (e.g. repayment deadline). Make sure you get screenshots of all that so if you do have to contact Support to get your account back you've got proof that you at least claimed it was a legitimate loan. (It doesn't prove you were innocent of course, saying it doesn't make it any more true than if your friend says they're giving you a unicorn, but it gives you a starting point.)

    3) Alternatively make it a trade - send some stuff to your friend in return for the gold. They can always put it in the guild bank for you to take back later.

    4) If your account does get suspended contact Support. Send them a calm, polite email to explain what you were doing and why (send the aforementioned screenshots) and ask what you can do to get your account back. Accept that this may take some time and make sure you reply to each email (reply, don't open a new ticket unless they tell you to). If they ask for any information give it to them. Above all do not insult them, do not swear at them and do not criticize their intelligence, competency or authority. If you want to vent do it in real life where they cannot hear you.

Also do not send long rambling essays about how you must be innocent because you always revive dead players in game or whatever else you think proves you are a good person, otherwise there's a high chance the auto-reply will send you something totally irrelevant and any real person will decide they don't have time to try and work out what on earth you're going on about and move on to the next ticket because they're under pressure to answer as many as they can every day.

Gold selling is selling ingame gold for real life money.

In your case it just sounds like you want your friend to hand you a big amount of in-game gold so you can fill the guildhall. Nothing wrong with that.

I give my friends in-game gold all the time, in fact i've bought several of my friends houses for Homestead. You can't get suspended for just handing over a big amount of money :p

well, yeah, but the point is that i think it's really difficult to detect if i hang someone gold or sell it for real money, isn't it? I just really afraid of getting my account suspended, 3 years of gameplay would just be wasted :)

I mean, you could just trade something with your friend and have your friend just place in the guild bank later.
I mean, if we're talking a 5 mil gold trade, then yeah, ZOS may find it a little suspicious. But 500k is pocket change. I think you're good :p

But i need 5 mil in quite a short time, and i would really be gladful if devs told me what could i do to prove i was not trying to break Terms of Agreement :)

Don't trade inside a house. Send money via multiple mails in smaller amounts, don't send all at once.

That's about all the advice i can give you ...
