Zo$ gotta wring the cubs dry first before moving on.

I like the option to have a mount + cub combo (which is why I'm disappointed the clouded senche-leopard cub is crown crate exclusive). But I like seeing the other pets they come out with too.

So my personal preference would be a mix of both - one cub per mount type (except maybe horses because even a newborn foal would be a bit tall for a pet), but keep making other kinds of pets in between as well.

It would be like me saying "Take away PvP just because I don't personally enjoy it!" Um, no. thousands ... probably millions ... of people enjoy it, and it would be selfish as heck for me to say that.

I didn't mean to suggest that the cubs be removed, just that an equal amount of work be put into less cuddly pets.

We can have both. In fact, we had WAY more grown-up pets than cubs so far.

I do think that some of the pets need to have more work put on their models. I think the big difference is because ZOS is becoming increasingly better at making animal models, so the animals released after the base game release are of a superior quality. The baby pets started to be introduced with Orsinium, I believe, so they have a better model than their adult counterparts, which were already present as wild animals at release.

We need old animal models to be updated. That goes for all cats, almost all dogs, all horses, all senche and a bunch of other animals.

This. The cats in particular need a head-to-toe overhaul, with an entirely new mesh and animations. The current cats look creepily unnatural, like they're all sick, or something.

I really like the dogs, actually, but the older dogs need teeth. If they only gave them some stinking teeth, it would improve them 400%. The Whiterun wolfhound in particular is adorable, but where are his teeth? They needed to give them closed mouths if they weren't going to do teeth.

The horses could be better. Yeah, if you compare the horses, cats and older dogs with animals like the senches, you see a HUUUUGE difference in quality.

I had to replace one pet as it was to large, as I play both an templar and an sorcerer my templar would look at the large senche pet and wonder why it did not attack like the scamp

Think the baby pets are for large animals who an full grown pet would be too large
All the people annoyed by sorcerer pets would get insane if you could have an even larger pet.
The baby mammoth was too small, something 1.5x larger would be nice to bring with you then stealing
