Wild Hunt Transformation

Just curious on why the storm atronach transformation last a hell of a lot longer than the wild hunt? all the wild hunt themed momentos seem to be a little off all together. Also. side discussion, am I the only one wishing these transformation could be permanent/longer timer?

    We complained for months to get them to make the storm ones 3 minutes even, and they instantly forgot about it!

    They should change them to polymorphs and get rid of the crappy momentos from RNG box's....it's an insult to charge people for that lazyness.
