Dragonknight damage dealt from 'venom'
I have no idea where this damage comes from. It's no passive, it's no skill.
I get it on my tank sometimes, I get on my dps sometimes. There isn't even a common denominator that I can attribute the effect too (I don't use venomous claw on my dk for example)
Usually my tank has values of around 4000~ my stam dk dps has had hits in excess of 50k crits with this effect, he isn't even maxed out yet!

✭✭Completely guessing: status effects from poison? DK get a boost to poison status effects.
Btw: venomous claw shows on that screenshot.

Venomous claw isn't on my tank though, and he also has this proc.
However the link is the poison, I was using leeching/resilient on my tank when it procs.
But bloody hell 50k+ crits? What is this sorcery.1 -

Not that I know, it just happens randomly when using any type of poison damage skill it seems but only on dragon knight.

✭✭I guess you only get that when fighting ogres and similar trash enemies that are vulnerable to poison, right?
I haven't checked for a while, but I think vulnerability to status effects is still working similar to how it did in the past.
In raid situations it might be hard to see the visual effect and overworld mobs die too fast for it to happen, but when you apply the status effect that an enemy is vulnerable to, there is a chance that some additional (high damage / cc) effect will happen.3 -

✭✭✭✭Something perhaps similar, my stam sorc tank had a 51k crit implosion proc off on a world boss today (weapon damage below 1800 lol). Maybe ZoS did something to tweak passives and hit the uh oh button?Edited by DocFrost72 on March 2, 2017 6:10AM0
