Do you get more gold for selling items in the Thieves Guild territory versus elsewhere?

I have the perks for fencing and etc. except for one more point needed in the Thieves Guild passives. I heard that you can get double the gold by selling stolen goods in Hew's Bane. Is that true? Can someone confirm?

Grinding just make you go in circles.
