Problem with Game Launcher after I installed the Eso launcher

So i bought Eso yesterday. I downloaded it and installed the first part of it. Then i tried to start the launcher and it freezed (http://prntscr.com/eet2iq) . There is a infite long screen of Loading..
I tried to turn off every antivurs programm, to reinstall the game and to run it in compatibility mode and as administrator. Nothing worked for me, i hope you can help me

Hmm, that looks like the old launcher, so I'm guessing your launcher needs to update. How long have you tried leaving it before considering it frozen?

Do you get any crashes or errors otherwise?

How did you get the game? Digital download? steam? disc?

Last time i left it up to 2 hours and nothing happened

If the game frezzes i get no errors.

I downloaded it from the official Eso Website.

I had the game installed since march/april 2016 and had no problems with it running. I came back now to play after about three-four months of a break and I have the same problem with the infinite loading.

so far I tried:

- reinstalling the launcher multiple times (I also have that loading screen. I downloaded the launcher from my eso account)
- reinstalling Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 with the option in launcher instalation
- going to my internet options checking if proxy server and automatic configuration script are both disabled
- trying to open the launcher with multiple variations of my firewall/antivirus including turning it off completely
- deleting some specific data files I can't remember the names now from the eso folder on my pc (you'll find it in google search)
- deleting the whole game along with the client

nothing helped, but perhaps there's a solution for you somewhere here
