It's been 5 days since 1.21 update and still can't download it

Just gonna say I've tried everything. It's not my internet nor my ps4 have plenty of space for downloads. Never had this probably ever! I'm a subscriber have been for years and yet nothing has be done??

XRukusXSoul ShrivenStill can't download this new update. Tried open my ports to PlayStation network. Reset router and modem, rebuilt the data base, initialization and deleted everything. Thinking maybe it was my internet provider I went to a friends house and tried his internet still didn't work??? I pay to play this game and it's been two weeks. With no reimbursement. Can you let me know why I can't download this update? It has to be on your end. There's no other options for me. Everything else downloads I've tried two different games and they download fine. It's just this game???0
