Geez people.Almost all of you would have made the same assumption after three days. I'm sure you'll claim you wouldn't, but you absolutely would have. It's logical that they would have taken the house back when they refunded the crowns, but they didn't. ZOS customer support is at fault for this one.

Also agree with this quote, many people on forums are so condescending.
Buyer's Remorse all day long! You didn't like house, you asked for refund!
LilSusieZOS in accounting issued said refund, and rather quickly! (Which btw equals excellent CS). That refund generates a ticket for LilBobbyZOS back in assets! You know, because LilSusieZOS has no idea how any of the coding and such works within the system (nor should she).
The ticket to remove your (no longer owned) property arrives in LilBobbyZOS's inbox, back in assets. Since LilBobbyZOS isn't just waiting around for Ch4mps ticket, it goes into his queue. You see, LilBobbyZOS is busy with other asset issues from other customers (because Ch4mp isn't the only person in Tamriel)! A few days later (in this case three), Ch4mps ticket has arrived in the number one position in LilBobbyZOS's to do list. (This natural timeline is also helpful in that it would have given you time to remove your goodies from the home)
He reads the ticket (we all know what it says to do), he go's into the code and deletes said property (just as the ticket required - and what he's paid to do). He then marks the ticket as closed, moves it into the completed folder, selects the next ticket in the queue and continues with his work day!
You beginning to see how this works? Big companies don't have ONE employee. They also don't have ONE customer!
You hated the property enough to demand a refund. You were quickly issued said refund. At this point in the story, you should have put the crowns in your saddle bag, turned your back on the accursed property, mounted up and rode off into the Tamriel sunset!
But Ch4mp don't roll like that!
Hopefully Ch4mp has learned a lesson (or not). You want to find a person to blame for this? Go to the nearest mirror and have a looksie!
Btw: All names in above missive are fictional!

This isn't McDonald's, you can't order a meal, complain, keep it, and get a refund, whether the motives were justified or selfish.
Did you check your furniture tab for the crown purchased?
@Sheezabeast So why didn't they take the house back, and return all the items I bought and crafted upon the moment of giving me back my crowns? I was swindled and robbed. And no. Nothing is in my crown store purchased tab. Not a damn thing. Literally everything was wiped. EVERYTHING.

So I moved all my stuff back in, put up some new curtains, got a new chair, but I came home on the 6th and the locks were changed and all my stuff was on the nature strip! Can you believe it? I was so mad. But they wouldn't give me back my money for my curtains or would they pay me for any of the other stuff I got to keep, I just had nowhere to put any more.
I want ALL the crowns I spent on that house back, AND the items I crafted for it. As well as the AP for some of the items I bought for it and gold.

In reading the OP's post, I can understand the frustration. Not so much that the house was removed from their access, but that the items in it that were purchased, crafted, and otherwise were not returned or refunded, the house and everything in it was simply taken away without reimbursement. Based on the above statement from the OP's post, that is the real issue, not so much that they didn't get to keep the house 'for free'.
