I'm taking the week of ESO for the most part. Posting on forums during the day and writs in the evening then playing Torment: Tides of Numenera.
Also for any of you old enough to have played Planescape Torment, then you really should look into Tides of Numenera. I'm five hours in and it feels just like PST in style and story.

I simply can't play anymore. I'm a PVPer. I only PVE to support my PVP addiction. I'm also married and have kids - and so have my playtime limited - usually to fairly short bursts..
But this is ridiculous.. Logged in yesterday at around 6pm - queue for cyro was at around 170. pottered around doing 'pve stuff' to pass the time for about an hour - then had to go and do RL stuff. But I kept logged in and regularly checked for the pop.. ofc when it came I was busy and missed it...
Logged back in around 8. Queue was around 120.. similar thing - missed another pop... queued again..
Managed to get into Cyro at around 10pm.. That's 4 HOURS after my first try. ofc. working full-time and being a little under-the weather too.. after half-an-hour I was ready for bed..
It was pretty much the same for me the previous day too.
This double-AP has destroyed the game for me. I don't expect I'll bother logging in again this week (apart from maybe 15 mins to run the solo undaunted daily and do a writ or 2).
I also suspect your PVP performance test will have its results totally skewed as you have a totally different set of people playing - and playing in a different way - ie the kids who get in from school between 3 and 4 and hog all the places - obviously they are doing it just to farm AP too (to make the most of the double-AP) and obviously they wouldn't normally be in cyro - or we wouldn't have these queues..

This is only for a week, but I think you do highlight an issue with this testing!
We now have everyman and his Noob in the campaigns, so the behaviour is not the same as normal, as the Newbies to PVP will play completely differently using different skills and tactics.
So I don't think this is a like for like test....

So what? That has nothing to do with what the devs are testing xD
I know 800 player that are literally on the edge of leaving the game bc of its current state. Zo$ makes bad decisions on a regular basis then ignores broken elements since release while promoting additional content that they want you to additionally pay for beyond subscription. This PvP test is a redundant joke that any preschooler could had thought themselves out of in advance. The dedicated player base is growing tired like the gentleman in OP.
I feel ya.

Have had zero problems getting into Cyrodiil and have been having a blast taking the map and actually being rewarded after 3 years.
