@Rohamad_Ali No. I didn't want the house. And after I received the refund of crowns upon logging in after being kicked (for what I'm guesssing was the reimbursement), was expecting the house to be gone. It wasn't. It wasn't gone on the 2nd of reimbursement either. Nor the third day. Making me say, "Okay... If ZOS is just going to let me keep it, I might as well deck it out and make it look more to my taste. After all, they gave me back my crowns but didn't take the product back after 3 days."
Ohhhhh nooo my friend . ZoS does not give things for free after refunds . They do the opposite of that . They take it all back even if slow . You know this only can be resolved with more time and a support ticket now .
So if that's the case, and they will not give things for free... Why couldn't I have at least kept the things I spent my in-game gold on? Or AP? Or crowns? Don't I at LEAST deserve a right to having all my funds restored, if not items? Who does this kind of crap? Seriously.
You are in a predicament for sure . Best to say exactly what occurred in the support ticket with an exact accounting of all items that were apart of the crown refund and wait for answers .
@Rohamad_Ali Dude... Do you know how many items that is to remember? I bought TONS of stuff. Tons. Hopefully ZOS has logs of everything, because it'd be impossible to remember even half of the things I got for it.

@subtlezeroub17_ESO Okay. Let's make this really simple.
You have an issue with a product. You complain about the product, and ask for a refund. You are given a refund the next day, how're your product is left with you. Another day goes by, and the product is left with you. Yet another day goes by... The product is left with you. And again, another day goes by. . . And the product is left with you. You wouldn't think that you're going to keep the product, and that the people who refunded you weren't going to let you keep it? After THREE days go by if you getting your cash back, and the product is still in your position?
And nothing was EVER mentioned by the sellers that they were going to collect, nor any gestures were made that they were going to do so after 3 days? And then the fourth day your product just ups and disappears. You wouldn't be pissed, and or confused by their logic? You mean to tell me with a straight face, you wouldn't have an issue with that? Seriously?

So it's my fault that they reimbursed me, but decided 3 days later after doing so to take back the product? Who the hell thinks like that? Even more so, who doesn't take things back upon giving back the funds that were given to make the purchase? Who does that?

Geez people.Almost all of you would have made the same assumption after three days. I'm sure you'll claim you wouldn't, but you absolutely would have. It's logical that they would have taken the house back when they refunded the crowns, but they didn't. ZOS customer support is at fault for this one.

No, they didn't decide to take back the product after 3 days, they decided to take it back from day one, you know, but deleting an instance takes time, the customer support has to focus your case to the technical team as the customer support team clearly cannot delete instances, and in the mean time, you have time to pack your stuffs.
So yeah, it's your fault that you put your stuffs in the house that was going to be taken back. I know it really sucks but I fail to see your logic, sorry

... @DeusExMachina Really? That's funny to you? It's funny to you that someone had an extreme misfortune as this? That's humor to you? You're a very mentally disturbed and sick person, if you find humor in someone's misfortune in a regards where lots of money money and time gets lost. Then again, it appears many on these forums are that way. And sadly enough, it's expected by some of the people here in this community. It just fuels me even more so an appalled feeling toward some of the folks on these forums, and ever more disgusted.
Lmfao
"You're a very mentally disturbed and sick person."
If that's the price for laughing at meme level, you got rekt moments like this then so be it. xDlmao
I don't even blame you for your behavior. I blame those whom were supposed to be instructing and teaching you better. But then again, it is The Internet. And upon The Internet, your type of behavior is acceptable. It's not frowned upon by most, and often times than not — it goes unaddressed. By both fellow peers and those in charge of communities alike.
Yes... I've learned much from being apart of these forums, and for that I thank you all. My 'teachers'. And now it is time for your lesson. One should be cautious of how they treat others. Especially when others are down. However, it would appear that doesn't apply here. Fair enough. So then naturally the reaction to that type of action is deemed 'fair play' as well. Yes?
I understand now more clearly than I ever have about those that exist here. Thank you for that instruction. Both ZOS and community alike. This misfortune of sorts that has occurred to me has taught me more in a few minutes, than what most would learn in years. And again for that, I thank you.
@Ch4mpTW So you've decided to hit up the CS with a report and get your things back/refunded? Awesome!
Oh wait....
I don't get it how did he get a refund, I thought they never gave crown refunds ?
How hard is it for people to see that OP is not complaining about house being taken back. His grievance is about the items that he put in the house not being refunded upon house being removed from his account. Doesn't matter it took 1 sec or 3 days. ZOS has a right on the house to take back once they refunded the crowns. However I've a question for OP-
Q- Total Value of crowns refunded, does it includes the items you purchased in that duration?
For the items that were purchased via AP or ingame Gold, ZOS have no right to take them off the OP account while sweeping the House out.
