Necro set questions

Am farming for the Necro set and can't seem to find chest and legs. Am focused on Obsidian Scar, where drops are almost exclusively wrists, shoulders and feet.

What are the drop bosses/places for the missing kit?

Thanks in advance -- really appreciate any insight.

    They drop from the overland world bosses, the skull and crossbones icon on the map.
