Yea, I'm right there with ya. Joined two days ago here, but been playing on and off over a year. That, and other Bethesda games. Also I play on console, so there's that.

Hah! A terrible joke would be to say it's the proper helmet you wear when riding your horse.

You know, is your helmet DOT certified? NO!? Then don't let the guard catch you riding through town, LOL!

    I don't get it?

Meteor, you don't get it? Lol, all good. DOT is also Department of Transportation, and if you're a motorcycle owner, your helmet, if you have to wear one by law in your state, has to be approved by DOT standards, or deemed safe by this department. So if your helmet doesn't have a nifty little sticker on the back of it, you could get a ticket for it.

every skill, that has "does X damage over X seconds" in its tooltip

talk to me in English here. give me a specific example of one, use gathard (spelling is wrong) the head and sholders of it or any one you want to use and as an example

Blood craze, endless hail, vampires bane, ash cloud, burning embers, volatile armor, noxious breath, suppression field, lightning form, jabs, shards, poison injection.....and the list goes on and on

so lining up the dots, would be casting multiple DOT on different targets during one group killing, and would not apply to one final boss with no other enemies to fight.

I am unsure of the context of 'lining up dots' personally, however if it means the same thing as 'stacking dots' then its multiple dots on the same target. I usually have a minimum of 4 dots on a boss in any one fight.

'Lining up the dots' is'prob from someone who doesn't speak English as a first language and there is a slight translation error.

Most likeley he meant stack the dots, so put multiple dots on target.
