Meteor, you don't get it? Lol, all good. DOT is also Department of Transportation, and if you're a motorcycle owner, your helmet, if you have to wear one by law in your state, has to be approved by DOT standards, or deemed safe by this department. So if your helmet doesn't have a nifty little sticker on the back of it, you could get a ticket for it.

I am unsure of the context of 'lining up dots' personally, however if it means the same thing as 'stacking dots' then its multiple dots on the same target. SquareSausage✭✭✭✭✭'Lining up the dots' is'prob from someone who doesn't speak English as a first language and there is a slight translation error.
Most likeley he meant stack the dots, so put multiple dots on target.
