I have submitted multiple tickets and always get a cut and paste response. They have asked that I send the information with screen shots which I did 9 times and they respond by saying they need the information that I continue to give them.

I never got my 1500 from being a Plus member even though it does show on my account and I do get the perks in game.
I also never received 2 orders of 3000 crowns.

Steam has responded to my ticket saying the payment has gone all the way through and it is on this side. My bank is also no longer pending and I simply cannot get a hold of a person who responds without a cut and paste.

    Just resubbed on Friday, and for the third time after initiating eso+, no crowns.
    Wtf is there so much problem between purchasing eso+ and getting your crowns? Then, you have to spend hours back and forth with support, on Microsoft website taking screenshots, *** me, it gets old.
    Every time I get eso+, I don't get crowns, then support treats me like I'm trying to cheat them when I try to get what I paid for.

    PS.
    Although the truth is, I really only buy eso+ for the craft bag. Only useful thing in the crown store and its paywall locked.

    My idea anyway is to change the game to a subscription model, kill the crown store *** model, ZOS would make more money long term anyway, and then players could collect everything in game, rather that buying 1% of the crown store offerings with our pittance of crowns from plus.

    This is how the new ESO CS works. It's insane. No-one here in the forums knows the magic phrase to get tickets in front of someone who will actually help you fix the problem.

    Nine attempts is way too many. You've been plenty patient. If you file a complaint with BBB they can make sure it's seen and dealt with by a real person. I've had to use them to get past this same CS problem.
