Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't the homestead patch supposed to allow you to deconstruct when your bags are full for ESO+ members? I was just trying to do enchanting and it still says I need 3 open slots.

    I'm on PC/NA and I'm getting that message with Enchanting as well. I've submitted a ticket and screenie, hopefully they fix it.
