You have been the worst kind of trolls I've ever encountered. With this new way to harass people me and many of my guildies have been plauged with serial light extinguishers and it has been a royal pain in my butthole.

Please ZOS add a way for me to switch the lighting permissions so people can't turn them off.

It takes way to long to go around and find all my lights. And ruins the ambiance I have spent so much time creating when random people or friends visit and its all dark.

I've been able to play ESO for years relatively troll free until this awful way to annoy me has been introduced.

I spent a lot on My house with both crowns and gold and have already since console launch but many many hours into decorating. My home is beautiful and I very much enjoy people visiting it! I want them to come and see it! But this new method of trolling makes me lock up my big house take away visitor access and set my tiny house as my main home. Just to keep the trolls away.

Please @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom Consider adding a way to stop others from interacting with my lights!!!!

    I'm very serious. Do u know how irritating it is to have to go in and switch back on 60 to 100 lights back on :/ to have your house be pitch black when people come to visit?

    I thought it was weird I could adjust the lights of a house I was visiting. This should not even be a thing people can do unless they are given decorator permissions.

    The first time this happened, I would laugh.

    The second time, I would smile.

    The third time, I would roll my eyes.

    Fourth+? Yeah, not really funny anymore.

    Sounds like you might need to do some trimming of your friends list and check with your guilds on whether they have a policy on griefers.

    Agree. The home owner should be able to disable light switches in their homes. It doesn't have to be an access rights thing. Just a feature you turn off or on for all the homes you own.

    Take your house off Visitors-ALL. Manually add the names of the 10 people you know who won't turn off your lights to get a reaction out of you. That's the end of your problem.

    Might want to change general access to prevent access so only the guilds and friends you want into your home can enter.

    Yes, it would be nice if visitors didn't have control of lights.

    I originally had all my guild set to come and visit. I worked very hard and spent huge amounts of money and gold to get my home to look the way it does. And hours upon hours decorating. I WANT PEOPLE TO VISIT. But ibdo not wanna see all my lights off every time I come home. I've got dps dummies crafting stations. The house looks like a village. (Gorinir estate) I want to come home and find people dpsing and crafting and exploring and having parties. They just shouldn't be able to f with my lighting.

    And even setting to certain guilds and people u have no way of knowing who did it. And it just takes one guy who thinks its funny and or knows it frustrates me to come and mess it all up :(

    Things that come on PTS tend to be ignored. Remember those comments asking for additional privaledges.

    It seems lights would be under decorating privaledges.

    Yeah this can be annoying, just set your home to no access and allow only friends and guildies in. This of course won't prevent everyone from wanting to troll you though lol.
    This is why I suggested that the home owner has a reset button. EG: Switch on/off all lighting. If this cannot be done, a revert option, or a default mode. So whenever you return to your house, you can click this and everything will be as you left it.

    I started to sink the lights in a bit or put them in very odd ways to prevent this from happening! I actually have been lucky on my house but my friends have been hit by the great-dark-capers.
