Bought ESO PLUS more then 24 Hours ago, still nothing received.

Hello,

Yesterday i was exited that i finally made myself buy a eso plus subscription, but that exitement quickly faded since i havent received it!
I can confirm that the payment was succesfull!
I didnt buy it via Steam so that's not the problem....

Whats going on here??

Hope someone can help me.

    What platform are you on? And did you send in a support ticket?

    Submit a support ticket from this page: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/

    There is a "web assistant" button on the right which logs you into your account and then lets you open support tickets. They should be able to check the issues and sort it for you from there.

    Made a ticket with a screenshot of the payment Thanks i didnt think of that earlier!

    Let's hope they see too it soon! o:)

    Try to change from US and then back to EUROPE or vice versa. That did work for me

    You mean change server from EU too NA at the login screen?

    i did that but it didn't work :(

    Got a reply from the ticket but they say:

    Greetings,
    We are very sorry that there has been a delay in receiving the crowns from your purchase or eso plus. We appreciate your patience while we investigated this issue.
    In the meantime here's a list of solutions revolving around these issues your are seeing.
    Be sure to verify your account
    You might have to wait 24 - 48 hours for transaction to be processed
    Ensure your payment has cleared
    If your still having issues receiving your crowns feel free to email back under this ticket.

    So i guess i got nothing to stand on until 48 hours has passed.

    Typical reply answer, after the 48 hours reply to the same ticket and not a new one ..... then keep escalating the same ticket, eventually it should get to the correct support .....

    Why did you do that?

    The problem is not solved, I bought 90 days eso+ not 30 days. Did you forced me to buy an other 30 days membership?

    I will be happy to help you with this issue. The issue is that since you have a Steam copy of the game you will need to buy your ESO Plus and crowns packs from the Steam store. I have gone ahead and added the crowns to your account for your 30 day ESO Plus that you bought since your 90 day did not go through.

    But from now on to stop this issue from occurring please buy all crowns and ESO Plus from the Steam store.

    I just bougth a 90 days sub and didn't get my 4500 crowns, it's pretty disappointing.

    generally it takes a bit of time from purchase for it to actually go into effect, and many of the benefits i know wont come up if you logged into the game at time of implementation, you have to restart the game. gotta remember its not instantaneous.

    yeah i relogged multiple times in the 3 days that i have been waiting

    It's quite annoying they do have time too delete my ticket because their was a duplicate but they don't have time too answer....
