can i still use the old IC keys?

i haven't been to the imp city for a long time, but i went there yesterday and noticed that the enemies now only drop key fragments. i have a lot of the old types of keys in my bank (like dark ether, bloody claws, mark of the legion and so forth) are these still used of should i delete them to free up space in my bank?
