Do NPC's repeat dialog bother you?

I am not talking about questing. I am talking about world encounter, merchants, and bank. I personally wish there was a mute npc option where you could pick and choose which npc's you would like to mute and this would not affect any other npc in the game. Mute with on/off so I could turn the npc on later when I was ready to listen to their spiel.

Other.Honestly, I'd rather them focus on fixing other more important things. It is a little annoying but not as much as say, not being awarded skill points.
And then not having CS help in any way.
But yeah some kind of proximity trigger that doesn't allow for the constant repeating would be nice.

I downloaded the Banker Shutup addon which as well as silencing bankers adds a mute button to all NPCs you can speak to. I'm not actually sure if it mutes things they say as you go past but it helps with the occasional quest NPC whose voice bugs me for whatever reason.
I also accepted the Wrothgar starter quest on several characters who will probably never go there just so I didn't have to hear "Do you know how long I've been looking for you?" every time I went to a town. No its not as bad as Skyrim, or Fallout 4 for that case. Have all followers in FO4 at one location, pick up so much stuff you can not run and listen

For one ESO npc is not in your face about it, an bit more variation would be nice, would not be so hard as many do the same and have the same voice, and no its not an high priority issue.
Grinding just make you go in circles.

he will say something like this: "Excuse me sir, can you spare a moment of your time"
and I just run pass him, ignoring him, feeling like a ***
one of these days ill do that one quest so I dont hear it again3 -

I smile when I hear these lines. Doesn't bother me when they repeat them. But it may be because I have "By Azura, by Azura, by Azura!!" permanently burned in my brain.

Eshja✭✭✭✭Other.Just a few NPCs are annoying, the worst are in Belkarth. Good that 'fancy men' guys are gone now... but most of NPCs are fine and it's quite immersive to listen to them.
