Used gold to purchase Forsaken Stronghold. Gold gone and no house! (xb1) Contact support won't work.

So yesterday I tried to buy the Forsaken Stronghold with in game gold but when I clicked the purchase button it prompted the "this load screen can take longer than normal" message. It stayed on my screen for around 20 mins so I started the game over. When I logged back in 1,285,000 of my money is gone and I have no Forsaken Strong hold. All that was left was 145,00ish gold that would have been the change from my purchase. I've tried to use the contact support on this site but it keeps telling me my info is wrong even though its not. Really bummed out.
