Cant find any actual info on these. I know they exist, but can you get them from Tel Var merchant? And is it completely random in terms of whether you actually get them and what trait? I only see the armor still. Seems strange. I guess I can see the weapon traits being random, but shield should count as armor and be available as impen.

1h weapon or shield to be more specific, so 5 traits are coming in on my SB bar and 4 traits on my 2H. Pairing it with hundings rage and monster set for pvp.0
