DO resto and shield wall ults work when I switch weapons?

If yes, then do they also maintain their respective weapon tree passives on the ult itself?

I use shield wall and bar swap to 2h in pvp quite regularly when running.

It stays active. As for the buffs, they should change based on the current bar you have switched to. IE - precise, powered, max magicka, etc.

I use the Resto Ult ALOT.
While I didn't check for the numbers, I'm sure the specific Weapon Tree passives will be lost.
For example the last Resto passive (+5% healing) is lost when switching to Destro.
Not to mention, while the Ult lasts on swap, that your higher/lower Max magicka and Spelldmg also change on bar swap(changing amount of healing in case of Resto ult).
