First step: Install combat metrics

Second step: remove all your champion points.

Third Step: go to a target skeleton and beat it up like you would do it normally. Ideally do this several times.

Fourth step: Look up what percentage of your damage count as DoT's.(Average values)
Note: (Rapid strikes is a DoT, Initial hit of most DoT's like Poison Injection, venomous claw etc. are not).

Sixth step: look up your crit chance (add +12% from precise strike + Major Savagery eventually + Minor Savagery) and your base crit damage multiplier (50% for Dk&Sorc 60%Templar&Nb +10%Minor Force+ 15%Major Force)
Note: since Monster sets don't crit you can treat your crit chance like it is actually a bit lower (let me think until tomorrow what the formula is)

Seventh step: acquire your physical penetration you would have in the environment you want to play (VMA/Dungeon/Trial)

There is exactly spoken no best distribution to it it all depends on uptimes/existence of several buff and debuffs like: Minor Savagery, Minor, Force Major Force, Major Breach, Minor breach, Crusher Enchant, Alkosh, NMG, Sunderflame, Major Savagery

the formula is: (crit chance)*(%critable damage).
